We also want to make sure you have a regarding experience while exploring , evaluating and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience , there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Wix website . We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow.
The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Obscura Wedding , you agree to the terms , set forth below along with Obscura Wedding’s Privacy Policy .
If there’s something wrong with the product you bought , or if you are not happy with it , you have inform to issue a refund and return your item . If you would like to return a product , the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines :
• The product has to be in the packaging we sent in the first place .
• The product has to be damage free , if we find any damage on the product we will cancel your refund immediately .
Refund Policy
We at Obscura Wedding commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products . Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected , checked for defects and packaged with utmost care .
We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products . Sadly , there are items when we may not have the products that you choose in stock , or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check in such cases , we may have to cancel your order.
You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order . If you have purchased via Online payment ( not Cash on Delivery ) , then you wil be refunded once our them confirms your request . We carry out through quality check before processing the ordered item . We take utmost care while packaging the product . At the same time , we ensure that the packaging is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit .
Please note that Obscura Wedding is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation . We will revise your returned product as soon as we can receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above , we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase .
Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money .

We enjoy the concept of setting up our private email address that will be inquired for customers. We may also provide our personal cell number from Obscura planner. So, just be ready to get some texts from our clients.
What measures for health and safety will you take throughout the event?
During the COVID pandemic, we are essential to provide health and safety advice to people organizing weddings. We send out the email about COVID-related procedures. We are asking our gusts to be vaccinated or tested before our event, share mask and social distancing advice , or enforce any other rules.
Do you accept certain forms of payment and do you do you accept a payment schedule?
Cash, checks, and HitPay are all accepted. To reserve the date, we do request a deposit. After that, we'll work with you to develop a payment schedule that suits your needs.
How will us communicate any changes or updated information before the wedding?
We will let our guests know how they will get their new information if your wedding is postponed or otherwise changed through Whatsapp Message provided ,or company email.
Shipping/Delivery
We ship from Subang Jaya . We process orders within 1-2 months ( including weekends and holidays ) . You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details . If you do not receive an e-mail , please check your spam filter or contact us for information .
If you need any assistance with your order , please contact us immediately at obscura.wedding@gmail.com . We will not be able to make charges to your order after it has shipped. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address . We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide .
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address , we will refund the original order ( excluding the shipping fee ) and ask that you re-submit your order.
